We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that can cause you to cancel or reschedule your service. However, please understand that such changes affect not only your artist but other clients as well. Additionally, a good amount of time is taken to prepare for your treatment. If you must reschedule, we ask that you kindly give a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, or the deposit cannot be used as a credit. Same-day cancellation, a no-show, or a late show of more than 15 minutes will forfeit your deposit. If you decide not to rebook a previously cancelled appointment, unfortunately you do forfeit your deposit. All services provided by the studio are non-refundable. All transactions are final.
ARRIVING LATE
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments and our new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to fill out the required paperwork. We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, keep in mind time may not permit us to honor your full service and your appointment may be rescheduled.
By booking an appointment, you agree to our policy, have read our pre- and post-treatment instructions, as well as the contraindications for the procedure.
